Rob was our realtor when we purchased the Somerset House Inn in February
2005.  We were living in Chicago at the time so much of our preliminary
discussions were done via phone and e-mail.  He was always prompt with
returning phone calls and e-mails.  This being the first time we had
purhased a Bed and Breakfast property he walked us through every step of
the search and purchase.  He was there to provide us advice when we
asked for it, but didn't push us into making a decision.  We
couldn't/wouldn't have made the purchase without him.  Rob also helped
us connect to local information for mortgages and insurance and after
the purchase he remained available to help us with questions and
references when we needed the help.
